How to feel sexy in 5 steps


Spring is coming, and many of us asking ourselves - how to feel sexy?
Sure, makeup, hairstyle, wardrobe,  we want to refresh all of those, some of clothes are perfect match to feel sexy and elegant at the same time. Just like this spring perfect blause.

Ofcourse NOT ONLY CLOTHES!

These are 5 tips how to feel sexy and graceful with changing NOTHING in your outfit:




1. Smile, joke, be natural
Yes, this is the main element of feeling sexy, pretty and attractive. Why? Because You are, all you need is to be yourself:) Open you heart and mind for what the world is going to give you today, be grateful for just one day and see how addictive this is. Be pretty inside, and you'll be the same on the outside:)


2. Be aware of your own body
Even as you sit, walk, cooking, working - do you feel the different parts of your body? Can you tell the position of your toes or back? It helps a lot to be fully aware of your body. It sounds like having huge control, but it just a matter of exercises. After all your moves will be more precise.

3. Flexibility and yoga
It may sounds scary, but it isn't. Its because yoga is very friendly for your both - soul and body. You don't have to do complicated positions from the very beginning, just go as far as you can. Each day. Or in regular periods. This will help you to feel good, strength you body and give you more self esteem:)

4. Do what you like
It is so obvious, but how in the world its going to help me feeling sexy?
Well - easy. You feel a master in things you like, you just let go, without focusing on any other things. Observe yourself - how are you acting, what are you thinking, how is your body move, and later when you are in place where you feel less comfortable - try to act more like at that time:)

5. Stop Trying! :)
